Could You All Do Me A Favor?

My brother, who is the most fantastic photographer that I know, is in the process of creating his website so that he can boost his business. The site is still under construction, but the more hits he gets, the higher he will move in Google ranking, meaning, his site will show up closer to the top of the list when certain things are searched on Google...or something like that. It's all very technical, and I understand it just about as much as I under stand nuclear fission, but I'll get on to the favor that I'm asking...
Could you find it in your heart to add him to your favorites, and then click over to his site once a day? It doesn't help to click more than once a day, I don't really know why. Something about nuclear fission or something like that...

Anyway, I promise that once his site is completely up and running, you'll be treated to wonderful photography!

He can be found at www.erinwhitson.com.

Oh, also, if you know someone in the St. Louis area who needs a fantastic photographer, pass on his name. Right now he's working for very reasonable rates, but it won't be that way for too long because his talent demands a higher salary!

(I adore my brother!!)

Way cool! I'll click there. I understand - my mom's in the same way. :)

Google rankings? They are slow to update. Sometimes only every couple of months. I was at a zero for months then popped to a three. Tell him not to be discouraged if he sees no movement for a while.

The other way to get the ranking is to get out there and leave comments on blogs - witty ones. It will drive traffic back to his site, increasing his ranking. That's really the best way to up it. It takes the work of networking. A sparkling wit. :)

P.S. It just occurred to me that you have a border on your header. Go into the layout for your blog, click on fonts and colors, and make the borders white. Play around with it a little to get the look you want.
