ALERT! ALERT! EXTREME ANGER AHEAD!!

THEY ARE A HUGE CORPORATION WITH MORE CUSTOMERS THAN
THEY KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH AND, THEREFORE, THEIR CUSTOMER
SERVICE IS STRAIGHT DOWN THE TOILET.
They do not, in any way, care about the customers that they have because, when you're a huge bank, it doesn't matter if one measly customer leaves. They have a million other suckers to do their banking there.
I understand that the problems with my account were my error. I understand that. However, would it kill them to refund the $105 in overdraft fees for overdrafts totalling....drumroll, please...$41.18? Why, yes, I think it would kill them. Because, more than customer service, it is important for them to teach me a lesson. A lesson to the tune of $105.

It's customer NO service. We're in the process of switching everything over to a credit union. Grr.

I truly hate, hate bad service...not much else gets my blood boiling that much, a few things sure, but bad customer service...let me kick someone in the shins!

It just makes your blood boil. We have a GREAT credit union. David even knows them and does work with them. You would love them. Call me about it!

We switched from BOA last year when they charged us for something that they even admitted what their fault but still wouldn't refund it. They DO Suck!

We left BOA three years ago because they wouldn't refund charges that they admitted were their fault. I tell everyone I know not to use them. Sorry about your trouble!
